To make it as easy as possible for you to attend our wedding, we are working with a group travel specialist who will take care of all of your travel arrangements. Please remember this is an all inclusive package, which means the cost includes flights, transportation, hotel accommodation, food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and all taxes.  

To attend our wedding Feb 7-14th, 2024 you must complete a wedding deposit form ($200/person non-refundable deposit required) on the next tab by June 16, 2023. Caroline will follow up to collect credit card information electronically. Final payments will be due by Dec. 1st, 2023. 

INSURANCE 

Manulife travel insurance will be quoted or a referral will be made for each individual passenger. While insurance is optional, it is highly recommended - as we now know that truly anything can happen! :)
